NP ON DEMAND Office Opens | Hollywood, FL
After gaining experience as a Nurse Practitioner in cardiology and hospital medicine, NP ON DEMAND opened its first office, expanding access to in-office, mobile, and telehealth wellness services.
2025
Shortly after graduating in 2024 with a Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Yandy’s vision was to create and deliver healthcare that was truly accessible to the community. He recognized the need for flexible, convenient care that met clients where they are. What began as a vision soon became NP ON DEMAND, a practice built to provide personalized, wellness-focused healthcare designed around modern lifestyles.
2020-2024
As a Registered Nurse, gained experience across medical-surgical/telemetry, emergency medicine, home healthcare, and wound care, delivering high-acuity patient care with a focus on rapid assessment, clinical decision-making, and procedural skills. This period included three years in emergency medicine and was supported by leadership roles in nursing management and administration, service as Director of Nursing, and work as a nursing educator emphasizing clinical competency and patient safety.
2014-2020
Nursing Foundation
Inspired by a natural caregiving role within family and community, including assisting his parents and supporting friends and loved ones, Yandy began his healthcare journey as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2014. During this period, he gained hands-on experience across long-term care, home health specializing in work-related injury patients requiring advanced wound care, hospice care, and medical telemetry units—building a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care.
