Yandy Rodriguez, autonomous acute care nurse practitioner, practicing in South Florida, Miami, Broward and Palm Beach County.

Meet Your Provider

Hi, I'm Yandy Rodriguez, a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Florida Autonomous APRN. I founded NP ON DEMAND to provide personalized medical aesthetics, wellness medicine, and concierge healthcare throughout Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, and South Florida.

Whether you're visiting for Botox®, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), IV therapy, or telehealth, every consultation and treatment is performed personally by me—from your first visit through follow-up.

At NP ON DEMAND, you'll never be passed between multiple providers. My goal is to combine evidence-based medicine with concierge-level service to help you look, feel, and perform your best.

The other sign, below the first, is beige with black text, indicating 'NP ON DEMAND' at room 107B.

After gaining experience as a Nurse Practitioner in cardiology and hospital medicine, NP ON DEMAND opened its first office, expanding access to in-office, mobile, and telehealth wellness services.

2025 | Why I Founded NP ON DEMAND

While continuing to practice in internal medicine and cardiology, I recognized a growing need for more personalized, accessible care outside of the traditional healthcare model. Patients wanted more time with their provider, greater convenience, and treatment plans focused on their individual goals—not rushed appointments or navigating complex healthcare systems.

That vision led me to create NP ON DEMAND, a concierge medical aesthetics and wellness practice that combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized, patient-first experience. Today, I continue to maintain my clinical practice in internal medicine while providing Botox®, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), IV therapy, telehealth, and concierge wellness services throughout South Florida.

Whether you're seeking preventive wellness, aesthetic treatments, or hormone optimization, my commitment remains the same: delivering safe, evidence-based care with the time, attention, and continuity every patient deserves.

2020-2024 | Clinical Experience

Before opening NP ON DEMAND, I gained extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse working in emergency medicine, medical-surgical care, internal medicine, cardiology, wound care, and nursing leadership.

These years strengthened my ability to evaluate complex medical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide safe, evidence-based care that now benefits every patient seen at NP ON DEMAND.

2014-2020 | Nursing Foundation

My passion for caring for others began long before I became a nurse. Growing up, I naturally found myself caring for family, helping my parents, and supporting friends and loved ones whenever they needed me. That desire to serve ultimately led me to begin my nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2014.

During these early years, I gained hands-on experience caring for patients in long-term care, home health, hospice, medical telemetry, and occupational medicine, specializing in advanced wound care for work-related injuries. More importantly, this chapter taught me that exceptional medicine starts with compassion, trust, and truly listening to patients—principles that continue to guide every consultation and treatment I provide today.
